A Celebration of the Pig with Friends and Neighbors!

Several of Bucks County and the River Valley’s most dedicated foodies gathered at the home of Max and Andrea Hansen in Carversville, PA to celebrate the region’s bounteous foods.  Max Hansen Caterer’s executive chef Greg Glowatz spent several days preparing an organic pig eight different ways:

  •  Head Cheese with a Fig, Date, & Apple Chutney
  • Bone Broth
  • Croquetta with Pine Nut Orange Aoli with Cracklins
  • Pulled Pork Rib with Coleslaw
  • Porchetta with Pork Cheeks
  • Ham two ways
  • Pork Chorizo Stew
