Farm to Fork! A Fun Evening with Friends and Neighbors in Stockton, NJ

In conjunction with the Farm Cooking School and Bobolink Dairy, Max Hansen Caterer is excited to let you know that we will be hosting a locally sourced Farm to Fork dinner at Tullamore Farms  in Stockton, NJ on August 2, 2015.   Join friends and neighbors for this fantastic gathering to celebrate the best of locally grown foods.  Cheese and artisan breads will be provided by Bobolink Farm, and Chef Max Hansen will prepare a multi-course feast prepared exclusively with locally-sourced ingredients from the various farms you visited on your cycling tour.  To purchase tickets click HERE.   To read more about the whole day’s events including the Tour de Farm Bicycle Race check out this fantastic piece by Diane Thieke of Hunterdon County Taste.
